Mrs. Lucía Molina García is a Mexican woman, born on December 16, 1945, in Mexico. She currently resides in Spring, Texas 77373. Throughout her life, Mrs. Lucía has worked hard and strived to raise her children, even working two jobs at the same time to cover her family's needs.

On August 12, Mrs. Lucía was admitted to the hospital due to a severe lung infection. Her health condition was considerably affected, but for a long time, she had neglected her own medical needs because she did not want to leave her husband alone, who was gravely ill. This situation reflects the great sacrifice and dedication she has always had toward her family, even putting her own health on the back burner.

After being discharged from the hospital, Mrs. Lucía contacted Abrazo Dorado to request transportation support to be able to return home. The organization answered her call and provided the necessary assistance to transport her safely back to her house.

Additionally, Abrazo Dorado also supports her in reading and understanding the mail she receives at her home, since Mrs. Lucía never had the opportunity to learn English. For much of her life, her responsibilities and her two jobs were focused on raising her children, leaving aside many of her own needs and opportunities. Currently, despite all the sacrifices she made for her family, Mrs. Lucía faces this stage of her life with little to no support from her children, which places her in a situation of greater vulnerability and loneliness.

The work of Abrazo Dorado aims precisely to accompany elderly individuals who, like Mrs. Lucía, have dedicated a large part of their lives to work and caring for their families and who now need a friendly hand. Support does not always consist solely of economic or material resources; many times, accompanying, listening, helping to understand a letter, facilitating transportation, or simply being present can make a huge difference in a person's life.
